Unless you mean Altavista, VA (http://www.ci.altavista.va.us) because that changes my answer to: search service not available. I checked the Altavista, VA town services page and found that they do not offer search (http://www.ci.altavista.va.us/services.htm). However, they do offer waste collection, leaf collection and grass/brush collection services.
